Study tour to Switzerland

Between 14 - 21 October 2007 4 AMC from Botosani and Vaslui participated in a study tour to Switzerland. The participants had the opportunity to see how their colleagues in Switzerland are working. Experience were exchanged and all AMC presented their work in their community in front of a big audience in the Lindenhof Hospital in Bern.

In the programme of the Study Tour were included visits to the:

• Spitex (integrated home care system ) Sevelen and Ebikon
• School of Nursing “Lindenhof”, Bern
• “Lindenhof” Hospital, Bern

A presentation about the Study Tour Experience was performed during two special events organised by SRC/FSM to all the AMC in Botosani and Vaslui counties. The strongest impact of the study tours showed in the application and integration into the daily work of the AMC of information and insights they had obtained and experience they had seen during the visits to the clients in the 2 Swiss Spitex.
